3+ weeks is the sweet spot. School holidays and December book out 6–8 weeks in advance. The faster you submit, the more dates you can choose from.
We'll work with you on a backup indoor location. Light showers? We perform anyway. Sydney storm? We reschedule at no cost. Wet weather is never your problem.
From 6 to 250. We've done backyard birthdays and full church family days. Anything over 40 kids we recommend a second entertainer at +$200.
Every entertainer holds a current Working With Children Check (WWCC), is fully public-liability insured ($20M), and has been background-checked by us personally. Documentation provided on request.
Best fit is 4–12. We adjust the show, language and games to match the age of the birthday kid. We've done both 4-year-old preschoolers and 11-year-old tweens — same package, different energy.
Encouraged but never required. Some parents jump in the games. Others sit down for the first time in a month and let us run the entire show. Both are great.
